About
My career path starts with two distinct childhood
memories; the first is sitting in the office of my parent’s machine shop at my Mom’s electric typewriter pounding on keys as fast as I could, trying to be just like my Mom. My parents owned their own business right up until I graduated high school. After they sold the business, I remember the pride I had when my Mom became a Tupperware Manager and I got to help her sort her orders, pack her bags and go out on deliveries. The most fun was when her parties were at our house. She was really great at making sure everyone had fun playing games, and she knew so much about the products, I loved watching every minute of it!
“I contacted my friend and quickly decided to become a Mary Kay Beauty Consultant.”
After I met and married my best friend, I was blessed to be a stay-at-home Mom for 6 years. Becoming a Mom was the right time for me to start a business in Direct Sales. Since I had been using and loving Mary Kay products for years, I contacted my friend and quickly decided to become a Mary Kay Beauty Consultant. What I enjoyed doing the most, while a Mary Kay Consultant, was providing support to my sister consultants. I created custom fliers and invitations, wrote personal messages, and researched the latest party ideas and product information. My director even honored me with the “Go-Give” award for our unit.
“Now I am able to blend my two passions together…”
As my boys grew, my needs changed and I needed to be able to work from home more. I searched for another direct sales vehicle and have been thrilled to work with SendOutCards. With a powerful contact management system, and highly personalized product I realized that this would be an ideal tool for Virtual Assistants to offer their clients. Now I am able to blend my two passions together, supporting direct sales superstars and creative administrative services. As you work hard to build your direct sales business by the Golden Rule, know that I will treat your business as if it were my very own, with respect, creativity and professionalism…it’s my rule!
