This week Diane was included in a special feature article in Woman’s World Magazine representing her company, WineShop At Home. I’ve had the great honor of working with Diane for almost 2 years now, here is what she has to say about working with The Golden Rule VA….
Before I started working with Melissa, The Golden Rule VA, I felt like my business was out of control. I didn’t have systems in place, I was spending time on administrative tasks rather then on supporting, helping, teaching and encouraging my team. Plus my personal business was really getting ignored so I wasn’t “walking the talk”. I knew I needed help but I was overwhelmed at the potential cost of an assistant and of teaching someone new how I “worked”
Since working with Melissa my business has skyrocketed! I hit a personal best in home shows, I broke a company record in leader development, I earned my company trip faster then I had in years and I finally felt like I had the system in place my business needed. My income this year will be up almost 20% which more then covers the cost. It was so worth it. She dove right in and I didn’t feel like I had to “teach everything” it was so much easier then I thought!
