In this strategy session, we will take an in-depth look at what systems you have in place, where there is a “bottleneck” of tasks not getting done, and where systems are needed most.  We will review what is working and what is not, and discuss ways to get information flowing again in and out of your office.  At the end of this session, we will have created a plan of action to making your time in your office more efficient and less of a hassle.
