When a new consultant joins your team you want to help them get off to a strong start.  As a result you may have put together several documents and files that help to educate them on your products and company along with information on booking, recruiting and selling.  There is a lot of great information to share with your new consultant, but how to get that information to them can be a challenge, especially as teams are now growing beyond your local area.

Here are three ways I recommend to my Superstar clients share files “virtually” with their growing teams:

  • Facebook Group:  If you haven’t already, creating a facebook group is a great way to stay in touch with your team, and there is an option to add files to the group.  It’s as easy as adding photos.

  • Dropbox:  By far my very favorite virtual tool for working with my Superstars, but it also is a great tool to for you to use with your team members.  This online file sharing system allows you to create folders and then share them with your team.

  • ConstantContact: There are several different email marketing systems out there, but ConstantContact allows you to include PDF Document links within your email.  So not only can you create a “Welcome to the Team” email but it can include all the documents your team member will need to get started.

Creating a system of sharing for your new team members can help ensure they have the information and tools need to start their business off strong.  Using these online tools can help streamline that sharing process, and as information changes and gets updated, you can easily change the files for the newer versions.

Find a system that works best for you and your team, and you’ll be able to create Strong Power Starts for your growing team every time!

How do you share files with your new team members?  Please share what tips you are excited to try or if you need some additional support in creating these systems, I love hearing from you Superstars!  Leave your comments below:
